The Yerba Buena Neighborhood

TIP: On a warm night head over to the Virgin Hotel rooftop bar and enjoy a refreshing libation with a view.

Home to the highest priced sky-high condo developments and hotel-condo buildings. If you can buy a view DO IT! Not only being in the right location is key but views in this neighborhood are one of the biggest factors of what your home is worth. You won't find any single family homes here.
